Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the attitude of the students who are studyng 6 thand 7 th grade to Social Studies and to define what should be done in order to improve theattitude in a positive way. With the aim, 245 students studying 6 th and 7 th grade inelementary school were given Social Studies Attitude test. The results revealed that thestudents have positive attitude to social studies.Key Words : Elemantary school students, social studies, attitude
