Abstract

One of Sa'dî's two most famous works, Gülistān, has been translated into many languages since its writing. However, it is seen that this work is read with great interest especially in Turkish literature. Kitābu Gülistan bi't-Türkî, which is considered as one of the most important texts of Mameluk Kipchak Turkish, is a work that comes to the forefront in terms of idioms and proverbs if it carries the characteristics of phonetics and morphology of the own period. Gülistān, written as a prose, consists of parts of words, poems and poems. In this article, the idioms used in the work were classified according to subjects and handled under thirty-three headings

Özet

Sa'dî'nin en meşhur iki eserinden biri olan Gülist?n, yazıldığı dönemden itibaren birçok dile çevrilmiştir. Ancak özellikle Türk edebiyatında bu eserin büyük bir ilgiyle okunduğu görülür. Memlük Kıpçak Türkçesinin en önemli metinlerinden biri olarak kabul edilen Kitabu Gülist?n bi't-Türkî, gerek döneminin ses ve biçim bilgisi özelliklerini taşıması gerekse içerdiği deyimler ve atasözleri konusunda ön plana çıkan bir eserdir. Yapısal olarak daha çok mensur bir metin olarak dikkat çeken Gülist?n, araya serpiştirilen özlü sözler, meseller ve şiir parçalarından oluşmaktadır. Bu yazıda, eserde geçen deyimler konularına göre tasnif edilerek otuz üç başlık altında ele alınmıştır
