Abstract
Today s one of the most important social, economic and legal issues is food safe- ty. To grow healthy individuals is needed safe and adequate food. Safe food supplyis primary objective for the protection of public health. For these reasons, safe foodconsumption is a necessary requirement of health and nutrition rights. Because ofthe importance of food, the administration protects public health in the context ofpolice authority.
Özet
Günümüzün en önemli sosyal, ekonomik ve hukuki meselelerinden birisi de gıdagüvenliğidir. Sağlıklı bireylerin yetişebilmesi için güvenli ve yeterli gıdaya ihtiyaç bulun- maktadır. Güvenli gıda temini kamu sağlığının korunması için birincil amaçtır. Bu neden- lerle güvenli gıda tüketimi, sağlık ve beslenme hakkının zorunlu bir gereğidir. Gıdanın buönemi nedeniyle idare, kolluk yetkisi çerçevesinde kamu sağlığını korumaktadır.
