The subcorneal pustular dermatosis type of IgA pemphigus

Abstract
IgA pemhigus is a relatively newly described, rare autoimmune-mediated blistering disease characterized by the pişence of specific IgA autoantibodies directed to desmosomal proteins of epidermis. Here is presented, 60 year old female patient with a two year history of chronic relapsing pustular eruption. A diagnosis of IgA Pemphigus was made and the clinical histopatological and immunofluorescent features of the case have been discussed.
Özet
IgA pemfigusu, nispeten yeni tanımlanmış otoimmun büllü bir hastalıktır. Epidermisin desmosomal proteinlerine karşı oluşan spesifik IgA otoantikorlarının varlığı ile karakterizedir. Burada 2 yıldır kronik tekrarlayıcı nitelikte püstüler lezyonları olan 60 yaşında kadın hasta sunulmaktadır. Hastaya IgA pemfigusu tanısı konuldu ve olgunun klinik, histopatolojik ve immunfloresan özellikleri tartışıldı.
