Abstract

It has been seen that the vocal order of the work "Al-Tafseer al-Surah al-Waqiah wal-Mulk" was not in accordance with the standard features of the Old Anatolian Turkish. The researches done in this regard showed that the vocal structure of the work corresponded to some features of the Balkan Turkish dialects. These features are likely to be most prominently applied. This study includes a number of examples of the similarities between the language of the work and Rumelian dialects, supporting it with numeric data. The study will specify the general characteristics of the Balkan Turkish dialects, discussing about what common criteria "Al-Tafseer al-Surah al-Waqiah wal-Mulk" has with these dialects and whether there are any other criteria which can be used for Balkan Turkish dialects.

Özet

Araştırmaya konu olan “Tefsîr-i sûre-i Vâk ı’a ve Mülk” adlı eserin ses düzeninin, Eski Anadolu Türkçesi standart özellikleri dışına ç ıktığı görülmüştür. Bu ba ğlamda yap ılan araştırmalar neticesinde eserin ses yapısının Balkan Türk a ğızlarının bazı özellikleri ile örtüştüğü belirlenmiştir. Bu özelliklerin en belirgin olanı genişleme olayıdır. Rumeli ağızları ile aynı genişleme özelliği gösteren sesler örneklerle verilmiş ve bu durum say ısal verilerle desteklenmiştir. Bu çalışmada Balkan Türk a ğızlarının genel özellikleri belirtilerek “Tefsîr-i sûre-i Vâk ı’a ve Mülk” adl ı eserin bu ağızlarla ortak ölçütlerinin neler olduğu değerlendirilecek ve Balkan Türk a ğızları için kullanılabilecek başka ölçütlerin olup olamayacağı tartışılacaktır.
