Abstract
Renal cell carcinoma constitute 3% of adult neoplasms. Male to female ratio is 2/1. Paraneoplastic syndromes like hypercalsemia, eritrositosis, hypertension and hepatic disfunction can be associated with renal cell carcinoma. Symptoms and signs related to paraneoplastic syndromes can be first discovered. The most frequent manifestations are lomber pain, mass and hematuria. This is case of a renal cell carsinoma associated with elevation of calcium, alchalen phosphatase and PTH-rP.
