Örgütsel Şarlatanlık Ölçeği Türkçe Uyarlama Çalışması

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Parnell ve Singer, (2001) tarafından geliştirilen 9 maddelik örgütsel şarlatanlık ölçeğinin Türkçeye uyarlanmasıdır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2019 yılı Kasım ayında Denizli İlinde görev yapan 105 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada KMO ve Bartlett küresellik testi sonucu verilerin faktör analizi kullanımına uygun olduğunu göstermektedir. Elde edilen verilerin varyansı açıklama oranı % 73,90 olarak bulunmuştur. Cronbach Alpha Katsayısı .89 olarak bulunmuştur. İki yarı arasındaki Pearson Mometler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı r=.89 (p=.000) olarak bulunmuştur. Tüm maddeler için madde-toplam korelasyonları .26 ile .79 arasında değişmektedir. Maddelerin ayırt ediciliklerinin iyi olduğu söylenebilir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda örgütsel şarlatanlık ölçeğinin Türkçe uyarlamasının, okullar için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
