R&D and Innovaton n the Agrcultural Sector

Abstract

Ths study amed to put forward the current stuaton of R&D n the World and n Turkey, the development and applcatons and ther organzatonal structure of R&D actvtes n agrculture. In the study, the statstcal data, reports and related legslaton related to R & D n agrculture sector were used. It s observed that the ncrease of R&D expendtures n the World have contnued ncreasngly untl 2023. The R&D actvtes n the agrcultural sector focused on supplyng the basc food needs of people n the 1960s and R&D actvtes have become more comprehensve wth the developng technology and scentfic nformaton. Increasng R&D actvtes for agrculture wll have a postve mpact on agrcultural development.

Özet

Bu çalışma; Dünya ve Türkye'de Ar-Ge'nn mevcut durumunu, tarımda Ar-Ge faalyetlernn gelşm, uygulamaları ve organzasyon yapılarını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada tarım sektöründek Ar-Ge le lgl statstk verlerden, raporlardan ve lgl mevzuattan yararlanılmıştır. Dünyada Ar-Ge harcamalarında 2023 yılına kadar artan oranda artış olacağı öngörülmektedr. Tarım sektöründek Ar-Ge faalyetlernn 1960'lı yıllarda nsanların temel gıda htyaçlarını karşılamaya yönelk olduğu görülürken, gelşen teknoloj ve blmsel blg le günümüzde daha kapsamlı hale geldğ belrlenmştr. Tarıma yönelk Ar-Ge faalyetlernn arttırılması tarımsal büyümey ve kalkınmayı da olumlu yönde etkleyecektr.
