Economic looks at protecting Islam to the environment

Abstract

The study aimed at demonstrating the Islamic Sharia's interest in the environment in its jurisprudential and economic dimensions, and its keenness on the nation's capabilities and resources. The study focused on the economic dimension of the Islamic directives and their impact on the protection of resources and the capabilities of the nation to achieve the preservation of the environment and benefit from them and access to the use of their capabilities without disregard and no large and no waste of money and self-harm or others or the environment. The study focused on the Qur'anic texts, the purified Sunnah and the relevant jurisprudential views, which showed that the principles of Islam and its legislation urges attention to the environment and care for it to achieve economic and social development. The study concluded that Islamic legislation is keen on intent on consumption, urging development and land architecture and preserving the capabilities and resources of the nation in a way that will benefit the nation's economies, growth and sustainable development.

هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان اهتمام الشريعة الإسلامية ابلبيئة ببعديه الفقهي والاقتصادي، ومدى حرصها على مقدرات الأمة ومواردها، كما أظهرت الدراسة بتتبعها للنصوص الشرعية واستقرائها لعدد منها مدى اهتمام التشريعات الإسلامية بحماية الموارد والحرص عليها وتنميتها والاعتناء هبا لتحقيق الأهداف الاقتصادية والبيئية المرجوة. واعتنت الدراسة ابلبعد الاقتصادي للتوجيهات الشرعية وأثرها في حماية الموارد ومقدرات الأمة بما يحقق الحفاظ على البيئة والاستفادة منها والوصول إلى غاية الانتفاع من مقدراهتا دون سرف ولا مخيلة ولا كبر ولا إضاعة مال ولا إضرار ابلنفس أو ابلغير أو ابلبيئة. ّرة والآراء الفقهية ذات الصلة، التي أظهرت واهتمت الدراسة ابلنصوص القرآنية والسنة المطه أن مبادئ الإسلام وتشريعاته تحث على الاهتمام ابلبيئة والعناية هبا بما يحقق تنمية اقتصادية ّ واجتماعية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى حرص التشريع الإسلامي على القصد في الاستهلاك والحث على التنمية وعمارة الأرض والحفاظ على مقدرات الأمة ومواردها بما يحقق نفعا لاقتصاد�ت الأمة ونموا وتنمية مستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: البيئة، الموارد، المخلفات، الاقتصاد الإسلامي، الفقه
