Abstract

The revelation of the Noble Qur’an had a clear effect in the increase of interest in Arabic language, by restraining and regulating. The writing of the Holy Qur’an, and its compilation into a book form, and afterwards being copied and distributed to all regions, had a great impact on preserving the Arabic dialect , but what was raised across the ages about the permissibility of differences in scripts and its prohibitions , and the relationship between The scripts and the meanings intended by the revealed verses were the focus of the observation of the jurists, the scholars of exegesis (interpreters)and the linguists alike, so the jurist turned towards the ruling on permissibility based on regulations and whether or not the Qur’an was drawn up by conclusion or not, while The scholars of exegesis (interpreters) went to the history of the scripts and the relationship between it and the intended meaning and the Qur'anic recitation has a clear effect in that regard, and with regards to the linguists, Some have tended to talk about the history of writing, and if the script of the Qur’an was consistent with the rules of the ancients or contrary and it has its Characteristics, and also, were these basics acceptable , established, durable or can they accept changes and futher developments? Based on the above opinions of scholars and their directives; The viewpoints differed between the scholars of jurisprudence, the interpreters and the linguists , and several opinions aroused from them between the satisfaction as not to have a contradiction to the script without a relationship to the meaning, and the permissibility of contradicting the Qur’anic script known as the Uthman codex, which, first of all, calls for the non-relationship of scripts to the meaning, and between those who adhere to the prohibition of contradictions the Uthman codex with emphasis On the relationship between the script and the meaning. In this article, i gathered the sayings that were mentioned about the relationship between the script and the meaning, combined both in denial and affirmation with a discussion of each possessor of an opinion and his evidence for it, from the view of language and meaning without addressing the jurisprudential opinions that have their own section, and if you are sympathetic to some of them, you take them as evidence for some without going into details of the legal opinion, including the collection of examples and looking at the sayings from a different perspective from what was mentioned in previous studies, and considering between the sayings and concluding that script has its sanctity and has a relationship with meaning, but not in the face and image that the supporters of this saying have provided, and in the research there are more details and evidences.

لقد كان لنزول القرآن الكريم الأثر الواضح في ز�دة الاهتمام ابللغة العربية تقعيدا وضبطا، وكان لكتابة القرآن الكريم وجمعه في المصاحف ومن بعده نسخه وتوزيعه على الأمصار الأثر البالغ في حفظ اللسان العربي، ولكن ما أثير بعد ذلك عبر العصور من جواز مخالفة الرسم وعدمه، والعلاقة بين الرسم والمعاني المرادة من آ�ت التنزيل كان محط أنظار الفقهاء والمفسرين واللغوين على حد سواء، فالفقيه اتجه إلى حكم الجواز من حيث الحكم وهل رسم المصحف توقيفي أو لا و المفسر اتجه إلى اتريخ الرسم والعلاقة بينه وبين المعنى المراد وكان للقراءات القرآنية الأثر الواضح في ذلك، وعند اللغوين اتجه البعض إلى الحديث عن اتريخ الكتابة وهل كان رسم المصحف موافقا لقواعد الأقدمين أو مخالفا وله خصوصياته، وهل كانت هذه القواعد المتبعة اثبتة راسخة أو قابلة للتطوير والتغيير؟. بناء على ما سبق من أراء العلماء وتوجهاهتم؛ اختلف وجهات النظر بين أهل الفقه والتفسير واللغة وصدر عنهم عدة آراء بين المكتفية على عدم مخالفة الرسم دون علاقة ذلك ابلمعنى، وبين اجمليزة للمخالفة للرسم القرآني المعروف ابلرسم العثماني والذي من ابب أولى يدعو إلى عدم علاقة الرسم ابلمعنى، وبين المتمسكين بحرمة مخالفة الرسم العثماني مع التأكيد على العلاقة بين الرسم والمعنى. ِرت في العلاقة بين الرسم والمعنى نفيا وأتكيدا على ُك وفي هذا المقال جمعت الأقوال التي ذ حد سواء مع مناقشة كل صاحب رأي منهم ودليله، من �حيتي اللغة والمعنى دون التطرق للآراء الفقهية التي لها ابهبا، وإن كنت عطفت على بعضها لاتخذها دليلا عند البعض دون الخوض في تفاصيل الفتوى، مع جمع الأمثلة والنظر إلى الأقوال بمنظور مختلف عما ورد في الدراسات السابقة، والترجيح بين الأقوال و الوصول إلى أن الرسم له قدسيته وله علاقة ابلمعنى ولكن ليس على الوجه والصورة التي أوردها المؤيدون لهذا القول، وفي البحث مزيد من التفصيل والأدلة.
