Abstract

The work presents the clinical and cytogenetic findings in a 8 year-old female-patient with Turner phenotype and 46,X,del(X)(q22) karyotype. We discuss the difficulties of phenotype -karyotype correlation in cases with X chromosome structural aberation.

Özet

Çalışmada, karyotipi 46,X,del(X)(q22) olan ve Turner fenotipli, 8 yaşında bir kız hastanın sitogenetik ve klinik bulguları sunularak, yapısal X kromozomu anomalili olgularda fenotiple karyotip arasındaki bağlantılar tartışıldı.
