Abstract
Prune-Belly syndrome is characterized by deficient abdominal wall muscles, bilateral cryporchidism, and urinary tract abnormalities. A fetus was diagnosed with Prune-Belly syndrome by routine ultrasonographic examination at 29th gestational week. Although various degrees of renal involvement occur in Prune-Belly syndrome, renal dysplasia is the major determinant of fetal survival and postnatal prognosis. Prune-Belly syndrome was reviewed with related literature and an usual case diagnosed at fetal ultrasonographic examination was presented.
