Özet
Tükenmişlik özellikle, insanlarla yoğun iletişim gerektiren meslek grubu çalışanlarında görülen, mesleğin doğası gereği yaşanan stresle başa çıkamama sonucu duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma ve kişisel başarıda düşme hissiyle kendini gösteren bir durum olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretim elemanlarının tükenmişlik düzeylerini belirlemek ve demografik değişkenlere göre tükenmişlik düzeylerinin farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını ortaya koymaktır.
