Şufa, fakihlerin üzerinde çokça ihtilaf etmiş olduğu, muamelata dair geniş bir mev-- zudur. Bu araştırma, şufa bağlamında şer"î hüküm istinbatında (elde etmede) fıkhu'l-ha-- disin önemini açıklama çabasındadır.
