Abstract
The above mentioned research has been made on 100 officially and 91 specially ta-ken yougurt samples during FebruaryAugust 1978 period.The samples have been investigated of. ı - i ts la bel; The brand, the name and the address of · the producer, fat value, date, gross and net weight. 2 - its contend; the real weight and fat value. The results of the yogurt samples w ere summarised as below.

Araştırma; Şubat 1978 ile Ağustos 1978 tarihleri arasında , resmi yolla gelen yüz adet, özel olarak alınan doksanbir adet :p.umune yağurt üzerinde yapılmıştır. Numuneler ı 1 Etiket bildirimi : Yoğurdurı. markası, imalatçının isim ve adresi, yağ durumu, tarih, net veya bürüt ağırlık yönünden etiket incelenmiştir. Numuneler etiket gramaj ve yağ nisbeti yönünden incelenmiş ve sonuçlar aşağıda özetlenmiştir.
