Abstract

We have repeated sinnel's techinigue fer the serediagnesis of ceoked meats and their products, but we weren't able te take any positif resut in the examnination.

Pişirilmiş et ve et mamullerinde et nev'illerinin serolojik olarak teşhisi amacıyla yürütülen bu araştırmada .SiNELL'in metodu kullandığı denemeler tekrarlandığı halde olumlu bir sonuç alınmadı.
