Özet
ÖZET:Bu araştırmada, psikolojik danışmanlık ve rehberlik lisans programı öğrencilerinin ölüme ilişkin kaygı düzeyleri cinsiyet ve sınıf değişkenine göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma verileri Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Eğitim Bilimleri Psikolojik Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik lisans programında öğrenim gören 92’si birinci sınıf, 102’si ikinci sınıf, 71’i üçüncü sınıf, 140’ı dördüncü sınıf toplam 405 öğrenciden 2011 bahar eğitim ve öğretim döneminde toplanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve “Ölüm Kaygısı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde “t testi” ve “tek yönlü varyans analizi” kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçları incelendiğinde, ölüm kaygısı puanlarının cinsiyet değişkenine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı görülmüştür.
Abstract
ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to investigate death anxiety levels of the undergraduate students in the division of psychological counseling and guidance. The research data were obtained from a total of 405 students including 92 first graders, 102 second graders, 71 third graders, 140 fourth graders in the division of psychological counseling and guidance, the department of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Education, Nineteen May University, in spring term of 2010/2011 academic year. "Personal Information Form" and "Death Anxiety Scale" were used as data collection tools. "t test" and "one-way analysis of variance" were used to analyze the data. It has been observed that death anxiety scores differed statistically significant according to gender variable.
