Journal of Behavior at Work (JB@W) is a biannually indexed scientific open access journal for the publication of research and studies covering all aspects of organizational behavior, management and organization, human resource management, work, industry and organizational psychology, and work sociology fields. İş'te Davranış Dergisi (İDD), örgütsel davranış, yönetim ve organizasyon, insan kaynakları, çalışma psikolojisi, endüstri ve örgüt psikolojisi ve çalışma sosyolojisi alanlarında özgün araştırma makaleleri yayımlayan alan indeksli hakemli bir dergidir.
