Abstract
ABSTRACT In this study, the question of "how are you" in Turkish has been analysed by socio-culturel context and compared by differrent uses in the world. The universities' student's answers to this question has been observed. The article purposes to find out some relationship between the lecture's question "how are you?" prior to oral exam and the student's answers and variables like gender, grade, visa. The data of this study has been obtained from the conversations of the students of Education Faculty at Dicle University. Key Words: Salutation rituels, Rituel question, How are you?
Özet
ÖZ Bu çalışmada, Türkiye Türkçesinde günlük selamlaşmada kullanılan "nasılsın/nasılsınız" sorusu sosyo-kültürel açıdan değerlendirilerek, dünyada farklı kültürlerde bu ifadenin kullanılış şekilleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Türkçede "nasılsınız" sorusunun kullanımı ve verilen yanıtlar irdelenerek bu bağlamda üniversite öğrencilerinin bu soruya ne tür yanıtlar verdiği gözlenmiştir. Öğretim elemanının öğrencilere bir sözlü mülakat öncesinde yönelttiği "Nasılsın" sorusuna verilen yanıtlar çözümlenerek, bu yanıtların çeşitli değişkenlerle (cinsiyet, not ortalaması, vize notu) bir korelasyonunun bulunup bulunmadığı irdelenmiştir.
