Abstract

Abstract Knowledge and communication technologies which are the cornerstones of New Economy show their effects on growth in different ways such as increase in production, increase in productivity, new employment opportunities and rise of economic effectiveness, due to their multidimensional nature. In this study firstly such effects of New Economy on growth will be mentioned and afterwards the growth without inflation which can be created in long terms by New Economy when it is supported with suitable social and economic policies will be covered. Keywords: New economics, growth, inflation.

Özet

Öz Yeni ekonominin temelini oluşturan bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri büyüme üzerindeki etkisini çok boyutlu doğası gereği; üretim artışı, verimlilik artışı, yeni istihdam olanakları, ekonomik etkinlik artışı gibi farklı kanallar aracılığıyla göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle yeni ekonominin büyüme üzerindeki bu tür etkilerinden söz edilecek sonra da uygun sosyal ve ekonomik politikalarla desteklenmesi durumunda yeni ekonominin uzun vadede yaratabileceği enflasyonsuz büyüme üzerinde durulacaktır.
