Abstract
This article examines the “alemâleh” (Ar.: إِمَالَة ) rules determined by Mubarrad and certain concepts used for the evaluation of these rules in the Arabic Language. Opinions which a few Arabian grammarians have passed on “alemâleh” have also been dealt with while discussing the lexical and terminological meaning of “alemâleh” within the frame of Classic Arabic texts. In addition to this, the concepts, which were used by Mubarrad for the identification and comparison of the rules, have also been examined in detail. The question of whether these concepts have terminological meanings or not have been scrutinized. Özet
Bu makalede Müberred’in tespit ettiği imâle kuralları ve bu kuralların değerlendirilmesinde kullandığı bazı kavramlar incelenmektedir. İmâlenin sözlük ve ıstılâhî anlamı klasik kaynaklar çerçevesinde ele alınmış olup, aynı zamanda Arap nahivcilerin imâle ile ilgili görüşlerine de yer verilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra kuralları tanımlama ve kıyaslama için kullandığı kavramlar etraflıca ele alınmıştır. Bu kavramların ıstılâhî mâna taşıyıp taşımadıkları sorunu irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
