Abstract

Air pollution is among the causes of respiratory and other diseases that can be fatal in living things because it is an important environmental risk factor that threatens global health. In this study, the levels of PM10 and SO2 concentration levels of Mardin between 01.01.2010-31.12.2021 were evaluated. In this study, the necessary data were obtained from the T.C. Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change from the air quality measurement station in Mardin province between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2021. The 24-hour means of PM10 and SO2 measurements were calculated for the specified dates and compared with the World Health Organization (WHO) and Turkey national limit values. ANOVA and multiple comparison (TUKEY) test were used in statistical analyses and the significance level was accepted as p
