Bununla birlikte bu ampirik çalışmanın sonuçları göstermektedir ki, Türkiye ve Yunanistan’ın savunma harcamaları, ekonomik büyümelerine zararlı görünmemektedir. Aksine ekonomik büyümelerine yardım etmektedir.
