Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı, kesitsel tipte olan araştırma Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi, Hamidiye Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesinde öğrenim gören 18-30 yaş aralığındaki genç yetişkin bireyler ile Nisan- Mayıs 2022 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri ‘Kişisel Bilgi Formu’ ve ‘Besin Desteği Kullanım Anketi’ kullanılarak ücretsiz bir online platform üzerinden toplanmıştır Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan genç yetişkinlerin COVID-19 pandemisinde besin destek ürünlerinden en çok B12 vitamini (%22,73), D vitamini (%21,59) ve C vitamini (%19,89) kullandıkları tespit edilmiştir.
