Country Policy and Institutional Assessment (CPIA) index evaluates the quality of existing policy and institutional framework of a country. CPIA index is prepared by World Bank and IDA (International Development Association). Criteria in CPIA index are imputed from 1 to 6. The main aim of this study is to determine how these criteria are explanatory in emerge and spread of the corruption by using multilinear regression analysis. In the study, data of the year 2007 of sixty nine countries will be used.
