Bir hastada WG bulunması pulmoner emboli (PE) gelişimi açısından risk faktörleri arasında bulunmaktadır. Bu olguda acil servise nefes darlığı, ateş şikayetleri ile başvuran ve pulmoner emboli ön tanısı düşünülen 18 yaşında erkek WG'lu bir olgu sunuldu.
