Construction firms, especially constructing residences are in effort to offer optimum features, with competitive prices. When it is considered both limited inner and outer apartment spaces and cost of each extra feature added to the standard apartment, it is gaining importance to understand customer’s choices. In this study, it is examined the factors influencing customers’ choices in residence apartment selection by using conjoint analysis and it is focused on market shares of different apartment alternatives and cannibalization effect of new alternatives on existing ones
