Abstract

Leptin studies such as a sensor of changes in getting and consuming energy. As if it is known that it stops the collecting of body fat while getting more energy, it may be said that it is an anti-hunger hormon when the energy is decreased because of lessening the concentration. It is known well and accepted reality that the lack of Leptin leads to obesite. It is known that exercise changes the balance of energy and decreases the body fat mass by increasin the energy consuming. In the basement of many researches carried out by a lot of researchers about the effect of exercises on Leptin, there is the same reality. Carnitine plays an important role in lipid metabolism by transporting long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria for beta-oxidation. Carnitin carries body fat acids into the mitocondria (firing room of body fat). It provides giving weigh loose from the body fat tissues after leaving the body fat mass. For that reason, in this study it was planned to answer the question of if the Leptin or Carnitin are more effective to spend more calory.
