For data evaluation, descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U test, KruskalWallis test, Spearman's correlation analysis were used. Results: The mean MOCQ score of midwives and nurses participating the study was 29.34 ± 6.01, their mean BAI score was 8.20±8.64. When MOCQ and BAI scores and sociodemographic data were compared, the difference in the gender variable was determined (p0.05). There wasn’t significant difference between the scales scores according to suitability of the profession. MOCQ and BAI scores were moderately and negatively correlated.
