Özet
Periferal dev hücreli granüloma (PDHG) her yaş grubunda izlenebilen ve oral kavitenin dişeti ve alveolar kret bölgelerinde gözlenen bir lezyondur. Çocuklarda nadir görülse de agresif karakter gösterebilir, ağrı, kanama, lokalize şişlik ve dişlerde yer değiştirmeye neden olabilir. Bu olgu raporunda PDHG’ye sahip 6 yaşındaki kız çocuğunun tedavisi ve 2 yıllık takibi sunulmaktadır.
