The patients’ chronic pain wasevaluated with respect to whether the caesarean sectionwas performed elective or emergency. Results: Chronic pain was found in 14.5% of thepatients underwent elective caesarean section and in18.9% of the patients underwent emergency caesareansection. A statistically significant relationship was notshown between groups (p=0.595; p>0.05).Conclusion: No difference is found between emergencyor elective caesarean section patients according tochronic pain incidence.
