In this study, serum samples from 75 repeat breeder cows were examined by the Microscopic Agglutination Test (MAT) for Leptospira pomona, L. canicola, L. icterohaemorragiae, L. grippotyphosa,L. hardjo and L. hebdomadis antibodies. A titer of 1/100 or more was considered positive for MAT. Of the samples examined, 1 was positive against L. hardjo, 21 were positive against L. hebdomadis. Of the positive samples, 3 had titer of 1/100, 4 had titer of 1/200, 4 had titer of 1/400, 9 had titer of 1/800, 2 had titer of 1/1600.
