Özet

Guillain Barre Sendromu akut gelişen, enfeksiyonla tetiklenen otoimmün inflamatuar demiyelinizan bir polinöropatidir. Guillain Barre sendromu oldukça nadir bir hastalıktır ve ender olarak gebelikte de görülebir. Ender bir hastalık olduğundan gebelikte idaresine dair bir fikir birliği mevcut değildir. Bu makalede ilginç olarak gebelik sırasında solunum güçlüğü ile başlayan, asendan progresyon gösteren Guillain Barre olgusu tartışılmıştır.
