Abstract
In this study, we present a rare pathology, adenomatoid tumor of epidydimis and we aim toemphasize that testis sparing surgery should be the choice for epidydimal masses, instead oforchiectomy. 66 years old male patient presented with left inguinal area pain was evaluatedby physical examination and USG and determined an epidydimal mass. In cases of epidydimaltumors, testis sparing surgery should be performed instead of orchiectomy.
