Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı tıp öğrencilerinin eğitim süreçlerinin ilk iki yılında psikolojik sıkıntı ve depresif semptomlarındaki değişimleri belirlemek ve diğer fakülte öğrencileri ile karşılaştırmaktır. Yöntem: Tıp, İktisat ve Spor Bilimleri Fakültelerine 2017–2018 eğitim yılında kayıt yaptıran tüm birinci sınıf öğrencilerine eğitime başladıkları ilk hafta içerisinde, olası stresli yaşam olaylarını ve alışkanlıklarını sorgulayan, aynı zamanda Genel Sağlık Anketi (GSA-12), Beck Depresyon Ölçeği (BDÖ) sorularını içeren detaylı bir anket uygulandı. Aynı anket ikinci yılda aynı öğrencilere tekrar uygulanarak değişim prospektif olarak incelendi. Bulgular: Tıp öğrencilerinde başlangıçta 11,19 olan GSA-12 puan ortalaması ikinci yılda 13,7’ye yükseldi (p
