Böbrekler Sjögren sendromunda (SS) en fazla etkilenen organlardan birisidir.Bu çalışma SS'lu hastalarda üriner lizozim düzeylerini ölçerek renal tubuler disfonksiyonu araştırmak için planlanmıştır. Sjögren sendromlu 2 hasta grubu oluşturuldu. Grupl(n=6):Primer Sjögren sendromlu hastalar. Grupll(n=12): Sekonder Sjögren sendromlu hastalar. (Romatoid artrit + SS).. Kontrol grubu(n=24): Sağlıklı kişiler. Üriner lizozim düzeyleri Grupl'de 205.46±147.19 pg/mmol kreatinin, Grup H'de 241.13^229.60 /jg/mmol kreatinin ve kontrol grubunda 38.04±23.98 jug/mmol kreatinin olarak bulundu.
