Abstract

Transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate is usually seen after bladder cancer dissemination. Primary transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate is a rare entity with a very poor prognosis. In this report, we present a primary transitional prostate cancer patient who had a very dramatic progression.

Özet

Transizyonel hücreli karsinomun prostatta görülmesi sıklıkla mesaneden direkt yayılımla olmaktadır. Prostat kaynaklı primer transizyonel hücreli karsinom oldukça nadir ama kötü prognozu olan bir hastalıktır. Bu yazıda, oldukça agresif seyreden prostat kaynaklı bir primer transizyonel hücreli karsinom olgusu sunuldu.
