Abstract

Zenker's diverticulum is a rare pulsion diverticulum, the juntion of esophageal -hypopharynx. All patients need to be treated with symptomatic and large diverticulum. In recent years, successful results have been reported with endoscopic treatment. However, myotomi and diverticulectomy seems to be the best method of treatment. In this study, a case of right-sided a Zenker diverticulum and treatment were examined with data from the literature.

Özet

Zenker divertikülü hipofarinks özefagus girişinde nadir görülen bir pulsiyon divertikülüdür. Semptomatik ve büyük divertikülü olan tüm olguların tedavi edilmesi gerekmektedir. Son yıllarda endoskopik tedaviler ile başarılı sonuçlar bildirilmektedir. Ancak divertikülektomi ve myotomi halen en iyi tedavi yöntemi olarak gözükmektedir. Bu çalışmada sağ yerleşimli bir Zenker divertikül olgusu ve tedavisi literatür verileri eşliğinde irdelenmiştir.
