Abstract
Major complications due to ceserean operation are encountered rarely with a meticulous tecnique. A 35-year-old woman presented with cyclic bleeding from the ceserean scar for a year beginning just after operation. She had two cesereans previously. At laparotomy an endometriotic fistula was revealed through old operation scar. The fistula was excised with the endometrial implants around. No complication was seen postoperatively. Sezaryen sonrası cerrahiye bağlı komplikasyonlara günümüzde çok az rastlanılmaktadır. Uterokutanöz fistül, sezaryen tekniğine bağlı görülebilecek nadir bir komplikasyondur.Otuzbeş yaşında, eski iki sezaryeni olan hastamız, kesi yerinden menstruasyon ile eşzamanlı siklik kanama şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvurdu. Hastanın öyküsünde,bu şikayetinin son sezaryendenbu yana bir yıldır bulunduğu saptandı. Yapılan laparatomide, uterus duvarı ile karın cildi arasında bir fistül saptandı. Fistül traktı ve cilt altındaki endometrial odaklar eksize edildi. Postoperatif dönemde bir komplikasyon gelişmedi.Sezaryen ameliyatı sonrası, karın cildinde siklik kanama ile başvuran hastalarda, uterokutanöz fistül her zaman akılda tutulmalıdır.
