Abstract

Placental chorioangiomas are the primary placental hemangiomas. They are nontrophoblastic vascular tumors. Our case was a thirty-one-year-old woman with 33 weeks gestation. She was referred to our hospital with a diagnosis of polyhydramnios and hydrops fetalis. In our clinic, the diagnosis of placental chorioangioma, fetal cardiomegali, and hydrops fetalis was established by ultrasonography. Cesarean delivery was performed with a diagnosis of acute fetal distress. A pathological diagnosis of placental chorioangioma was reported following delivery.

Özet

Plasental korioanjioma primer plasental hemanjiomlardır. Bening nontrofoblastik vasküler tümörlerdir. Olgumuz otuzbir yaşında ve 33 haftalık gebeliğe sahip idi. Polihidroamnios ve hidrops fetalis ön tanısıyla kliniğimize sevk edildi. Ultrasonografide plasental korioanjioma, fetal kardiomegali ve hidrops fetalis tespit edildi. Akut fetal distres ön tanısıyla sezeryan ile doğum yaptırıldı. Doğum sonrası plasentanın patolojik inceleme sonucu plasental korioanjioma olarak bildirildi.
