Abstract

Renal calculi after renal transplantation is a major complication that can lead to serious condition. Kidney transplants performed with stone is required close monitoring during the immediate postoperative period.

Özet

Böbrek nakli sonrası renal kalkül ciddi major komplikasyonlara yol açabilen bir durumdur. Böbrek nakli sonrası greft fonksiyonlarında bozulma, anüri, oligüri, hematüri, tekrarlayan dirençli idrar yolu enfeksiyonu, sepsis tabloları olan hastalarda görüntüleme yöntemleri ile kalkül varlığı tespit edilmelidir.Taş ile nakil yapılan böbreklerin postoperatif erken dönemde yakın takibi gerekmektedir.
