Abstract
Duplications are rare congenital anomalies that can be seen anywhere on gastrointestinal tract. This anomalies are most frequently seen in ileum and leastfrequently in duodenum. When they are in duodenum, they are generally at first orsecond parts. For symptomatic patients main treatment option is surgery and total excision should be preferred. Asymptomatic patients may be followed. But, asthere are malignities originating from duplication cysts on literature, they shouldbe followed closely. We presented a 24 year old male patient with duodenal duplication cyst.

Duplikasyonlar gastrointestinal sistemin herhangi bir yerinde oluşabilen ve nadirgörülen konjenital anomalilerdir. Gastrointestinal trakt içerisinde duplikasyonlaraen sık ileumda en az oranda ise duodenumda rastlanır [1]. Duodenumda yerleşimgösterenler ise genellikle duodenumun 1 ve 2.kısmında bulunurlar. Duplikasyonkistleri, hastalarda semptom verdiğinde sıklıkla tercih edilen cerrahi yaklaşım totaleksizyondur. Asemptomatik hastalar ise takip edilebilirler. Fakat literatürde duplikasyon kistlerinden gelişen malignite vakaları olduğundan dolayı asemptomatik hastalar yakından takip edilmelidir. Biz de 24 yaşındaki bir erkek hastada tespit ettiğimiz duodenal duplikasyon kistini literatür eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık.
