Abstract

Osteoma represents the most common benign neoplasm of the nose and paranasal sinuses. The etiology of osteomas is uncertain; and majority occur in the frontal, ethmoid and maxillary sinuses in that order. Most are asymptomatic and a chance radiographie finding. We represent an ethmoid osteoma case with treatment alternatives and a review of the literature.
