Abstract

The negative effect of the time of anaesthesia and the patient position on respiration and hemodynamic status. ASA l-ll, 15-65 year old, 38 patients(supine position 16, side position 11, kidney position 11) were taken into the study. For the patients, who were made premedication (i.m.) with meperidine 50 mg., atropine 0,5 mg., induction has been made with fentanyl 3 mcg./kg., thiopen-tal 5 mg./kg. and 0,1 mg./kg. vecuronium . During the anaesthesia, N2O/O2 %50 sevoflurane %1-2, vecuronium 0,05 mg./kg. have been used. Tidal volume 10 ml/kg, and the respiration frequency 12 / min. were regulated. The EKG changes with 15 minutefspace's, systolic arterial blood pressure(SAP), diastolic arterial blood pressure (DAP), mean arterial blood pressure(MAP), SaO2 and etCO2 have been recorded. Also after intubation in the 1st, 2nd and 3th hours the PaO2 PaCO2, HCO3, pH value in arter blood gas have been recorded. In statistical studies which were done with students-t test and ANOVA, respiration in side position compared with supine position in more than 3 hours operations, in kidney position either respiration or hemodynamic status is effected negatively.

Özet

Anestezinin suresi ve hasta pozisyonunun solunum ve hemodinami uzerine olumsuz etkisi bilinmektedir. ASA I-II, 15-65 yaş, 38 hasta (sirtustu pozisyon 16, yan pozisyon 11, bobrek pozisyonu 11) calışmaya alındı. Meperidin 50 mg.
