Abstract

Cholelithiasis and pancreatitis are rare disorders in childhood. Ceftriaxon therapy is known to induce reversible precipitations and cholelithiasis in the gallbladder. We report a case with gallstone formation and acute pancreatitis during ceftriaxone theraphy, which resolves after two weeks observation exactly.

Özet

Kolelithiasis ve pankreatit çocukluk çağında nadir görülen hastalıklardır. Seftriakson tedavisinin safra kesesinde geri dönüşümlü presipitasyon ve kolelithiasis yaptığı bilinmektedir. Burada seftriakson tedavisi sırasında gelişen ve izlemde iki hafta içinde tamamen gerileyen safra kesesi taşı ve akut pankreatit gelişen bir olgu sunulmuştur.
