Abstract

Aicardi syndrome is a syndrome characterized with .infantile spasms, agenesis of corpus callosum and corioretinal lacunae. A patient admitted to our clinics with physical-motor growth retardation and flexor spasms was diagnosed with Aicardi syndrome because of eye lesions; corpus collosum agenesis and left parietooccipital heterotropia proved by Cranial MRI.

Özet

Aicardi sendromu; infantil spazm, korpus kallosum agenezisi, ve koryoretinal lakünle karakterize bir sendromdur. Kliniğimize, psikomotor gelişme geriliği ve fleksör spazmlarla başvuran bir kız olgu göz dibi bakısında koryoretinal lakünler saptanması ve kranial görüntüleme yöntemlerinde korpus kallosum agenezisi ile sol parietooksipital heterotopi görülmesi üzerine Aicardi sendromu tanısı almıştır.
