Abstract
Choledochal cyst is the congenital dilatation of the common bile duct that may cause progressive biliary obstruction and cirrhosis. in our case, a cystic lesion on abdominal ultrasonography and type 1a Choledochal cyst on magnetic resonance cholangiography was found in a three-month-old girl with cholestatic jaundice. We reported this rare case to focus on the congenital anomalies in the differential diagnosis of cholestasis in infancy
Özet
Koledok kisti ana safra kanalının progresif olarak biliyer obstrüksiyon ve siroza yol açabilecek konjenital dilatasyonudur. Sunduğumuz 3 aylık kız hastanın kolestatik sarılık nedeniyle çekilen batın ultrasonografisindeki kistik lezyon, manyetik rezonans kolanjiyografisinde tip 1a koledok kistiyle uyumlu bulunmuştur. Olguyu nadir görülmesi ve infantil dönemde kolestaz nedenlerinin tanısında konjenital anomalilerin düşünülmesi açısından sunmayı amaçladık.
