Abstract

Subclavian artery aneurysm secondary to thoracic outlet syndrome is a rare but serious complication. That can lead to amputation due to distal embolisation and propagating thrombus. It must be treated surgically. We performed excision of the cervical rib, resection of the aneursym and politetraflourethilene (PTFE) graft interposition to a 41 years old man via supra-infraclavicular combined access. Here we present the case with a successful result.

Özet

Torasik Çıkım Sendromuna (TÇS) sekonder subklaviyan arter anevrizması nadir fakat ciddi bir komplikasyondur. Distal emboli ve tromboz nedeniyle amputasyona neden olabilir. Tedavisi kesinlikle cerrahidir. Kliniğimize sol kolda iskemi ile başvuran 41 yaşındaki erkek olguya supra-infraklavikular kombine yaklaşımla servikal kosta eksizyonu, anevrizma rezeksiyonu ve politetrafloretilen (PTFE) greft interpozisyonu uyguladık. Bu yazıda başarılı sonuç elde ettiğimiz bu olgu sunulmaktadır
