Özet

Epikardiyal kalp pili enfeksiyonundan sonra yerinde bırakılmış epikardiyal elektrot kalıntısının göğüs duvarına migrasyonu sık karşılaşılan bir durum değildir. Enfekte nabız jeneratörü ve epikardiyal elektrot'un büyük bir kısmı çıkarıldıktan sonra yerinde bırakılan elektrot parçasında enfeksiyon ve göğüs duvarına migrasyon gelişen bir olgu rapor edilmektedir.
