Özet
Mauriac Sendromu, insülin bağımlı diabetes mellituslu hastalarda uzun süreli diabetik kontrolün yetersiz olması sonucu görülen büyüme ve gelişmedeki geriliktir. Bu yazımızda kliniğimizde tanı konulan bir vaka takdim edilerek kliniğimizde 1986-1994 tarihleri arasında tanı koyulan diabetes mellituslu hastalar gözden geçirilmiştir.
